Look What a Webster Degree Can Accomplish
What do an international tourism company founder and executive, a U.S. Congresswoman, a distinguished singer at the Metropolitan Opera, a corporate communications executive, and a noted educator specializing in U.S. History and the African American experience have in common?
They are all graduates of Webster University and have been named recipients of the 2018 Outstanding Alumni Award by the Webster University Alumni Association.
To learn more about Al Merschen (international tourism exec), Congresswoman Val Demmings, Jennifer Johnson Cano (Met singer), Tom Lange (corporate communications exec), and Mathew Horn (historian and educator), take a look here.

National Student Employees Appreciation Week will be held April 9-13 and will offer the Webster University community the opportunity to recognize these important and hard-working individuals. As part of the festivities, we are soliciting nominations for “Student Employee of the Year” and “Student Employee Supervisor of the Year.” You can also get the entire office or department into the spirit, by submitting an entry to the “Funny Photo Competition.”
