Sargent To Be Remembered Thursday
Join the Webster University community on Thursday, January 23rd at 11:30 in the Winifred Moore Auditorium as it gathers to remember Peter Sargent, dean emeritus of the Leigh Gerdine College of Fine Arts. Sargent made innumerable contributions to Webster and Webster-based institutions like the Repertory Theatre of St. Louis and Opera Theater St. Louis. Remembering Board Chairman Emeritus George Herbert Walker, III
George Herbert Walker, III, a St. Louis businessman who counted two U.S. presidents as cousins, served as an ambassador to Hungary, and has a school named after him at Webster University, passed away. He was 88 years old. For more information about his life and career, please visit here.
"We are saddened by the news of the passing of Webster Board of Trustees Chair Emeritus Bert Walker,” said Rob Reeg, chair of Webster’s Board of Trustees. “He was an icon of this community, and we are grateful for all that he did for Webster University across his lifetime and career."
One-Hour Webinars Offered On the Power of WorldClassRoom: Jan. 23-24
Attend a one-hour webinar on WorldClassRoom and its many tools on January 23 at 6 p.m. or January 24 at 11:30. The webinar will cover how to use many of WorldClassRoom features, including Announcements, SpeedGrader and the new Gradebook. Mandatory Online Title IX Training Coming
