‘Webster Speaks’ Welcomes Urban League President Michael McMillan and Newly-Elected Ferguson Mayor Ella Jones as Guests, July 22
Don’t forget to register for the next session of “Webster Speaks: Dialogues on Race, Equity, and Inclusion,” which will feature St. Louis Urban League President Michael McMillan and Ferguson’s newly-elected Mayor Ella Jones. Jones is the first Black and first woman elected mayor in Ferguson.
More than 140 people logged on to the series’ first installment with Donald Suggs, publisher and executive editor of the St. Louis American. “Webster Speaks” will continue to feature thought leaders from the St. Louis community addressing topics that include the impact of the Black Lives Matter movement, inequity in education, redlining and political inequality.

ZOOM Video Conferencing Tool of Choice For Webster University
After an evaluation by a sub-committee of the CIO Council, the university signed an institutional agreement with Zoom, making the conferencing software the university’s primary web conferencing solution for the student, faculty and staff communities.
